Last week, you might recall the near fatal accident of a baby in a stroller, left unattended by their parents as they were taking groceries in from their car which was parked on the steep descent of the driveway. Soon after, the stroller moves and starts to roll down the hill, gathering momentum towards the road below. A driver consequently hits the stroller, the baby is injured, he parks his vehicle, runs back to the scene, where by this time others were helping, but he soon after leaves without disclosing who he was.
Later, the child was taken to the Gold Coast University Hospital in a serious condition with a broken leg and cuts to her head.
In this audio podcast, Injury Lawyer, Paigen Green discusses the possible legal ramifications of the matter.
