Fulfilling the role of Litigation Department Manager & Senior Paralegal at Attwood Marshall Lawyers, Amanda Heather brings over 15 years' of experience in dispute resolution law.

Amanda has been with the firm since 2014, and prior to this time worked at both large and small firms in Sydney and Brisbane.

Her experience has given her in-depth knowledge and a thorough understanding in dispute resolution for all jurisdictions in Australia.

Amanda is the Department Manager and Senior Paralegal for not only the Estate Litigation and Commercial Litigation Departments, but also oversees both Equine Law and Criminal Law divisions.

It is Amanda’s ultimate goal to help people. Amanda understands that whether someone is being sued, or if they are claiming what is rightfully theirs, going through the legal process to find a resolution can be daunting.

Amanda's primary role at Attwood Marshall Lawyers is to put clients in contact with the right litigation lawyer to suit their needs and in turn help them resolve their dispute effectively. Amanda supports our team of lawyers to ensure that they get the best outcome for their clients.
