Melissa Tucker - Associate

Wills and Estates

Melissa has recently joined our Wills & Estates department and specialises in Estate Planning and Estate Litigation.

Melissa graduated from the Queensland  University of Technology in  2009 with a Bachelor of Laws and was admitted to the legal profession as a solicitor in 2010.

Prior to studying law, Melissa had already attained a broad knowledge in legal matters in her para-legal and Articled Clerk capacities over some 14 years.

Melissa’s areas of expertise include Wills, Testamentary Trusts, Enduring Powers of Attorney, Estate Administration and Estate Litigation.

Melissa also has experience in other areas of law including Banking and Finance, Commercial Leasing, Commercial property acquisitions and sales, Property Development Projects and Conveyancing.

Melissa is located at our Coolangatta office.
