Wills and Estates

Laura has been a invaluable member of our Wills & Estates department since February 2008. She has worked in the areas of Estate Administration and Estate Planning however she specifically specialises in the area of Estate Litigation.   

Laura’s background in Estate Administration  and Estate Planning gives her a competitive edge when dealing with Estate Litigation matters because she understands the process and the mechanisms leading up to litigation. In this way she is better able to negotiate solutions and ensure that the client obtains what they seek.  

Laura obtained a Bachelor of Laws with Honours from Southern Cross University in September 2008 and attained her legal accreditation in April 2009.
