Insurance Litigation

Gavin started with the firm in 1986 as an articled clerk. He completed a Bachelor of Laws at Queensland University of Technology and became a partner in the firm in 1993.

A Law Society Accredited Specialist in Personal Injury Law (Qld), Gavin leads the Insurance Litigation Department, specialising in workcover, motor vehicle accidents and public liability compensation claims.

Gavin is admitted as a Solicitor in the Supreme Court of Queensland and New South Wales, the High Court of Australia and is a member of A.L.A. (Australian Lawyers Alliance) an organisation dedicated to fighting for people's rights to fair compensation.
