Attwood Marshall Lawyers welcome Christine Martin as new Property and Commercial Department Manager
Christine Martin has been appointed as the new Property & Commercial Department Manager for Attwood Marshall Lawyers.
Christine has relocated to the Gold Coast from Central New South Wales and has over 20 years experience in NSW conveyancing and property law, including leasing and subdivisions.
Christine fields all new enquiries from clients and allocates the work within the Department to the most suitable person involved. This ensures that new client enquiries and referrals are dealt with quickly and advice is provided promptly. We make sure proposed sale contracts are prepared immediately and exchange of purchase contracts are given priority. We carefully monitor critical dates (e.g. finance, building & pest) and keep all parties informed.
Christine's experience in leasing, development work and commercial property transactions will also be of benefit to our business and commercial clients.
Former Department Manager Sheree Button has replaced Maree Kent as receptionist. Maree has retired after 10 years of great service to the firm and will be moving interstate to live closer to her family.
